Rules
Server owners buying a listing tier on WarzoneCS agree to the following rules. Violations are grounds for tier suspension without refund.
1. No fake players / fake slots
The player count reported by A2S_INFO must match the real player count reported by A2S_PLAYER. Server-side plugins that inflate slots to look more popular than the server is are prohibited.
2. No modified game files
Servers may not distribute modified hl.dll / client.dll

3. No spectator-slot padding
Reserving 5+ spectator slots that are permanently full of bot proxies to pump A2S_PLAYER count is prohibited.
4. No DDoS / abuse of the master server
Do not spam the master server with garbage packets, spoof heartbeats for servers you do not own, or attempt to exhaust the query rate limiter.
5. Legal content only
Servers hosting content prohibited by your jurisdiction (illegal media, hate speech, doxing) are removed on complaint without refund.
