Refund policy

Prepaid tiers

Prepaid tier purchases (TOP, VIP, SUBSCRIPTION, BE FIRST) can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if the tier was purchased in error and the prepaid key has not been redeemed. Once a key is redeemed against a server, the tier is considered activated and non-refundable.

Per-round BOOST

BOOST rounds are refundable on unused rounds only. Rounds that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

FAVORITE installs

FAVORITE tier purchases are refunded on the remaining unused install balance. Installs already delivered to end users are non-refundable.

Rule violations

Tiers cancelled for violating the rules (fake players, modified game files, DDoS) are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@warzonecs.com with your order id (shown on /profile) and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.
